The design of Lockerella is both practical and stylish. It features a chrome metal locking mechanism for durability, a leather cover for the handle for a better grip, and a blue-colored plastic button for easy operation. The dimensions of the Lockerella are carefully crafted to fit comfortably in the user's hand, with a total height of 11cm and a radius of 1.5cm.

Lockerella was designed by Caesar (Hyongho Park) as a personal project. The initial inspiration came in winter 2013 in Seoul, and the design was finalized in Nottingham in 2014. Caesar conducted extensive research to find similarities between umbrella handles and lockers, ultimately leading to the creation of Lockerella. The main challenges were ensuring the umbrella's accessibility was restricted to the owner and creating a simple yet effective design. By placing the locking mechanism at the bottom of the handle, users can easily control it with just one hand.

Lockerella has received recognition for its innovative design. In 2015, it was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Fashion and Travel Accessories category. This award recognizes well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements.
